Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026

Prznt Perfect (“Prznt Perfect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy, and this policy explains what information we collect when you visit przntperfect.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep this readable rather than burying it in legalese, but if anything is unclear, you’re always welcome to reach out using the details at the bottom.

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Prznt Perfect is a design and marketing studio based in the United States. We work with clients on brand identity, graphic design, investor readiness, event design, consulting, and high-stakes presentations, and this policy covers the information we handle through our public website and business inquiries.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact form, request a proposal, book a call, subscribe to updates, or email us directly, you may share things like your name, email address, company name, role, and whatever details you include about your project. We only collect what you choose to send us, and you’re in control of how much that is.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically when you browse, and this can include your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. We use this to understand how the site is performing and how visitors find and move through it, not to identify you personally.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Some are strictly necessary and always on: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot, and we store your cookie choice in your browser for 12 months so we don’t ask again on every page. Our video player (Kinescope) also keeps playback settings in your browser. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, which sets the _ga and _ga_7TEWY2PKBM cookies (kept for up to 2 years) to count visits and show us how pages are used; Google processes this data on our behalf. Google Analytics doesn’t load until you click “Accept all”, and choosing “Essential only” turns it off and deletes its cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookies” in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you’ve asked about, to send you information or updates you’ve requested, to operate, maintain, and improve our website, to understand how our content and marketing are performing, to keep the site secure and prevent misuse, and to meet our legal and business obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted or cross-context advertising. We do share information in a few limited situations, namely with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and scheduling tools) under agreements that limit how they can use it, when required by law or to respond to valid legal process, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we’ll let you know. That’s it, and any provider we work with is expected to protect your information to a standard consistent with this policy.

Third-party services

Our website is built on and hosted through Webflow, and we may also use third-party tools for analytics, forms, scheduling, and email. These providers process certain information on our behalf and have their own privacy practices, so we’d encourage you to review the policies of any service you interact with. Our site may also link to third-party websites that we don’t control, and this policy doesn’t cover how those sites handle your information.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, which generally means for as long as it takes to respond to and serve you, plus any additional period required to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, though, so while we work hard to protect your information, we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

We believe you should have control over your information no matter where you live, so we honor the following as a matter of practice, regardless of whether a specific law requires it. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct information that’s inaccurate, ask us to delete information we hold about you, and opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these, just reach out at privacy@przntperfect.com, and we’ll confirm your request and respond promptly. Depending on where you’re based, local law may give you additional rights, and if so, we’ll extend those to you too.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

International visitors

Prznt Perfect operates in the United States, and if you’re visiting from outside the US, please be aware that any information you send us will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our site or contacting us, you consent to that transfer and processing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices, technology, or legal requirements change, and when we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll make an effort to let you know more directly. We’d encourage you to check back now and then so you always know how your information is handled.
