Presenting With Confidence in Compliance-Heavy Sectors

When a presentation is heading to regulators, it needs to be clear, well-structured, and easy to stand behind.
We recently worked with Ostrum Asset Management Asia and their Head of Compliance and Control, Iqbal Jugari, to create a deck that did exactly that — telling a focused story that resonated with both senior stakeholders and regulatory reviewers.

Designing for trust, not just good looks
In industries like asset management, compliance, or insurance, slides often carry more weight than expected. They’re reviewed by people who care less about visuals and more about what’s underneath — data traceability, clear language, and realistic timelines.
What mattered most in this project:
- Aligning design with regulatory expectations
- Clearly surfacing assumptions and constraints
- Building narrative momentum without oversimplifying
- Ensuring every chart or visual served a purpose
Iqbal’s feedback — especially his mention of “relevant queries” — stuck with us. We ask a lot of questions, because thoughtful decks come from thoughtful collaboration. It’s never just about slides; it’s about working through the logic together.
Quick turnaround, clear focus
This was a fast project, with only a few days from first draft to delivery. But speed only works when there’s clarity — on the message, the audience, and the decisions behind every slide.
“Prznt Perfect is an excellent resource for designing and providing solutions for PowerPoint presentations.”
We appreciated the kind words. But more importantly, we were glad the message landed — clearly, confidently, and in line with the room’s expectations.
Got a deck heading into a tough room — internal review, regulatory approval, or board discussion?
Let’s make sure it’s ready.
